Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior engineer to lead end-to-end validation of clock, power, reset, and power-management architectures for AI accelerator platforms, spanning pre- and post-silicon phases.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Design, Verification & Firmware teams to debug root-cause power, performance, and stability issues, while delivering production-quality silicon across program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of ASIC/SoC validation experience.
• Proficient in C and Python.
• Experience with lab instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyser).
• Knowledge of debug tools (JTAG) and ARM-based SoCs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bare-metal framework validation of clock and power.
• Plan validation and define test requirements and scenarios.
• Develop scalable device drivers and system tests in C.
• Automate validation via Python, Perl, or shell.
• Debug complex issues in pre- and post-Si platforms across time zones.
• Review validation platform schematics to support post-Si debug.
