Job summary

Virtium LLC in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA seeks a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Operations to lead Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.

You will own end-to-end customer fulfillment across the U.S. and Vietnam, drive improvements with Lean, and build scalable processes to support growth in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

This role reports to the VP of Operations and offers a competitive total compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Direct hands-on SMT/electronics operations leadership in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Responsibilities

• Own customer delivery and execution from forecasts to shipments; identify shortages and drive recovery plans.
• Direct Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality; manage materials planning, supplier management, inventory, production, and quality systems.
• Coordinate multi-site performance across U.S. and Vietnam for delivery, quality, cost, and capacity.
• Establish an operating rhythm with weekly production meetings and KPI reviews for actions and commitments.
• Lead customer, supplier, and cross-functional meetings; report performance to executives and Board as needed.
• Direct supply chain performance including procurement, material availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage quality function including corrective actions, traceability, and regulatory adherence.
• Plan budgets, staffing, capacity, and scalable resources for growth.
• Drive Lean-driven productivity and cost improvements through data-driven problem solving.
• Develop leaders and scalable teams with a culture of accountability and execution.
