Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a related field required.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, CAPA, change control, and lean methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate decisions clearly.
• Strong project and program management across cross-functional teams.
• High integrity and rigorous, compliant in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing planning and execution across DS and valve production and engineering.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements to reduce waste.
• Lead capacity planning and ramp activities with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D/Engineering on production matters.
• Support VP of Operations in translating strategy to production plans and priorities.
• Provide input on production-related capital needs and operating budget.
