Qualifications

• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical marketing with hematology/oncology focus.
• Experience leading US biopharma product launches.
• Ability to translate clinical data and insights into brand positioning.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and external partner management.
• Experience in emerging biotech or launch-stage organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish US brand strategy, positioning and messaging for NXC-201.
• Lead agency selection, budget oversight and execution.
• Partner with Insights and Medical Affairs on patient journey and barriers to care.
• Translate research into strategic marketing plans and channels.
• Build and lead a lean marketing team and manage vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and medical review processes.
• Drive launch readiness with field tools, training and engagement plans.
• Own brand performance, budget allocation and measurement.
