Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Dir II, Security in Katy, TX to develop and implement comprehensive security programs protecting personnel, property, and reputation. This role will oversee alarms, video assessment, access control, and guard force management while advising leadership on security risks and mitigation strategies.

You will lead investigations into theft or misconduct and ensure security policies are effectively executed across facilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities and customer service focus.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Experience with security programs, risk assessment and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of executing security contracts at all locations.
• Develop security education programs to raise awareness and reduce risk.
• Implement technical security solutions for facilities and access control.
• Create and implement facility security guidelines and best practices.
• Lead security training and drills; manage relationships with law enforcement.
• Prepare annual work plans and budgets for security initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain crisis communication and emergency response plans.
