Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr. Director, ERP Supply Chain & SAP Technology Platforms for DePuy Synthes.

You will lead end-to-end SAP platform strategy across ECC and S/4 landscapes, align with regulatory needs, and drive Day 1 separation and TSA activities during the divestiture. You will build a high-performing global technology organization, govern budgets, manage vendor relationships, and advance AI-driven modernization of our SAP ecosystem to enable resilient, compliant supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, MS, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of SAP technology platform capabilities across SAP ECC and S/4 instances.
• Lead prioritization decisions balancing regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives while maximizing business value.
• Establish and operate SAP platform governance, including standards, budgets, and vendor/partner management.
• Manage SAP and SI/managed services partner relationships, licensing strategy, and contract performance.
• Transform and support SAP ERP capabilities for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead application of AI and automation to modernize platforms and operations at scale.
• Ensure regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across all platforms.
• Build and inspire a global technology organization with onshore/offshore resources and partners.
• Establish governance, vendor management, and financial oversight for technology investments and spend.
• Champion continuous improvement and standardization to enable a resilient SAP ecosystem.
