Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Director, ERP Supply Chain & SAP Technology Platforms for DePuy Synthes. The role leads SAP ECC/S/4, governance, and technology strategy across a complex landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, MS, or equivalent, preferred.
• 12-14 years of progressive experience in enterprise SAP platforms and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of SAP platform capabilities across multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances.
• Establish governance model, including standards, budgets, and vendor management.
• Manage SAP and SI/managed services partner relationships and contracts.
• Transform and support SAP ERP capabilities for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to modernize platforms and operations at scale.
• Ensure regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across platforms.
• Build and inspire a high-performing global technology organization including offshore delivery teams.
