The American Red Cross seeks a Director, Salesforce Technology to lead the engineering organization behind RC Care, its mission-critical client case management and financial assistance platform. Built on Salesforce Agentforce Service and Experience Cloud, RC Care enables the Red Cross volunteer workforce to provide timely, scalable assistance to clients in need 24/7.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
5+ years IT leadership or management experience leading software engineering teams.
10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
5+ years leading Salesforce or enterprise application development teams.
Experience leading Agile development in complex, cross-functional environments.

Aufgaben

Recruit, lead, coach Salesforce developers and test engineers.
Build a high-performing engineering culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and learning.
Manage team capacity, resource allocation, performance across initiatives.
Partner with Product Management, Service Design, Solution Architecture, stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions.
