The American Red Cross seeks a Director of Salesforce Technology to lead the RC Care engineering organization, delivering scalable, secure, and mission-critical client case management and financial assistance systems. You will guide a cross-functional, agile team and partner with product management, design, and enterprise technology partners to align engineering with mission outcomes.

Remote work is supported with a US-wide east coast schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years IT leadership or management experience leading software engineering teams.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce or enterprise application development teams.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership and coaching engineers.
• Experience establishing engineering standards, DevOps practices, and delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, security, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Build and sustain a high-performing engineering culture with accountability, collaboration, and learning.
• Partner with product management, design, architecture, and enterprise teams to deliver aligned solutions.

• Guard platform reliability, security, and operational excellence across RC Care.
