American Red Cross seeks a Director, Salesforce Technology to lead the RC Care engineering organization and its mission-critical client case management and financial assistance platform. Built on Salesforce Agentforce Service and Experience Cloud, RC Care enables the volunteer workforce to deliver timely aid 24/7.

This leadership role guides architecture, product teams, security, and reliability, with remote work from anywhere in the U.S. on an east coast schedule, and travel about 10% annually.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership or software engineering management.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce or enterprise app development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the RC Care engineering org delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Oversee Agile planning, delivery, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and business partners to align with mission outcomes.
