Hitachi is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Operations for the AMER region to lead operational planning, forecasting, and execution excellence across the regional sales organization. This role partners with AMER leadership and global sales operations to drive go-to-market efficiency and data-informed decision making.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product, focusing on forecast accuracy, territory planning, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• International experience in Sales Operations or Strategic Planning in enterprise B2B tech (storage, infrastructure, or SaaS preferred).
• Leadership across diverse AMER markets with forecasting, GTM planning, quota design, and analytics.
• Hands-on leadership managing a lean, high-impact team and collaborating across global functions.
• Proficiency with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, or infrastructure software industries.

Aufgaben

• Regional Sales Operations Leadership: GTM planning, forecasting, quota deployment, and executive reporting.
• Forecasting & Planning: Drive forecast accuracy and own territory planning.
• Business Partnership: Cross-functional advisor to sales leadership, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product for alignment and execution.
• Data & Insights Enablement: Champion adoption and enhancement of global BI and analytics platforms.
• Deal Desk Governance: run deal desk operations, pricing governance, and approval processes balancing agility and compliance.
• Regional Representation: Align regional go-to-market plans with AMER market dynamics.
