Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Operations for the AMER region. You will lead operational planning, forecasting, and execution excellence across the regional sales organization, acting as a strategic partner to AMER leadership and global sales operations.

You will drive go-to-market efficiency, data-informed decision making, and collaboration across Finance, HR, Marketing and Product to ensure alignment and execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in enterprise B2B technology sales operations.

Aufgaben

• Regional Sales Operations Leadership: GTM planning, forecasting, quota deployment, cadence, and exec reporting.
• Forecasting & Planning: Drive forecast accuracy and territory planning.
• Business Partnership: Advise sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment.
• Data & Insights Enablement: Champion adoption of BI platforms.
• Deal Desk Governance: lead deal desk, pricing governance, and approvals.
• Regional Representation: align regional GTM plans with AMER market dynamics.
