Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with Sales Finance or Commercial Finance leadership.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and Commercial leaders in consumer products/health & wellness.
• Experience leading ERP deployments, process redesign, data mapping, testing, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Finance activities across customer planning, channel performance, and forecast support.
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop annual plans, joint business plans, and investments.
• Provide timely visibility of financial performance, risks, and corrective actions across customers and channels.
• Drive effective governance of trade spend, pricing, and customer profitability.
