Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Finance Co-Pilot to partner with the President of Sales and the CFO, driving strategic finance leadership across sales, channel performance, and revenue management. The role leads a transformation toward a standalone operating model and oversees ERP implementation while protecting business continuity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with Sales Finance or Commercial Finance leadership
• Experience partnering directly with Sales and Commercial leaders in consumer products, health and wellness, food or beverage industries
• Deep expertise in customer finance, trade investment, pricing, deductions, gross-to-net and commercial reporting
• Experience leading ERP implementation, process design, data mapping, testing, cutover and stabilization

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Finance activities across customer planning, channel performance, sales forecasting, trade investment, pricing support and customer profitability
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop annual plans, joint business plans and investment choices
• Provide financial leadership for RGM decisions across price, promotion, mix, and trade architecture
• Oversee ERP deployment, data governance, and transition to standalone operation
• Build and develop a high-performing Sales Finance team with clear accountability and process discipline
