QXO is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Sales & Operations Planning to own and expand the monthly S&OP process from Greenwich, CT, in person. You will drive demand and supply reviews, build a standard cadence, and align planning across Beacon, TopBuild and Kodiak.

The role requires 8+ years (Director) or 10+ years (Senior Director) in S&OP/IBP, with strong FP&A collaboration, data literacy, and dashboard proficiency. Travel ~25% and a data-driven, collaborative leader is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Director: 8+ years, Senior Director: 10+ years of S&OP/IBP/demand or supply planning experience.
• Hands-on experience running a monthly S&OP/SIOP/IBP process; facilitation of executive reviews appreciated.
• Experience expanding S&OP across multiple businesses, including acquisitions.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly S&OP end-to-end cycle, including demand and supply reviews and executive S&OP.
• Lead expansion across Beacon, TopBuild and Kodiak segments.
• Collaborate with FP&A to reconcile demand with financial outlook monthly.
• Design and implement the S&OP framework, cadence, and data views.
• Drive adoption of planning tools and dashboards across forums.
