Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Round Rock, TX, seeks a Senior Director of S&OP to lead and mature the enterprise S&OP process and drive its evolution toward IBP.

You will own the end-to-end monthly planning cycle and partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning to balance demand and supply and surface risks.

This role requires deep experience with long lead-time, capacity-constrained supply and leading change across a global, matrixed organization.

• Proven ability to lead organization-wide planning transformation.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP and change management in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle across product/portfolio, demand, supply, pre-S&OP and executive S&OP.
• Establish planning cadence, discipline, and decision rights across business units and regions.
• Ensure a single constrained-demand signal is reconciled with supply into one aligned plan.
• Define and monitor S&OP KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, plan attainment, inventory health) and drive accountability.
• Identify demand/supply gaps, capacity constraints, and inventory risks with clear scenarios for exec decision-making.
• Lead the Demand Planning function and the consensus forecasting process feeding the S&OP cycle.
