Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Director, S&OP to lead and mature the enterprise S&OP process and drive its evolution toward Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the organization.

You will own the end-to-end monthly planning cycle, partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning, and act as a change agent for planning transformation in a global, matrixed environment, balancing long lead-time supply with volatile demand.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle (product/portfolio review, demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, executive S&OP).
• Establish planning cadence, meeting discipline, and a decision-making framework across units and regions.
• Ensure a single, reconciled demand signal with supply into one operating plan.
• Define and monitor S&OP KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, plan attainment, inventory health).
• Identify gaps, constraints, and risks with scenarios and actions for exec decisions.
• Direct leadership of the Demand Planning function, overseeing forecasting and consensus demand processes.
