Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a senior Risk leader to guide risk, controls and issue management across the business unit. You will oversee testing programs, governance for new products, and third-party risk oversight, while collaborating with first and second line partners.

You will analyze risk data, prepare reporting for senior management, and help maintain adherence to regulatory requirements in a highly regulated payments environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance or related field.
• Typically 12+ years of risk management experience.
• Strong understanding of risks, controls, and issues management.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on risk, controls, and issue management within the business unit.
• Oversee risk-based testing and monitoring programs and issue closure.
