Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in program/project management.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced settings.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Understand portfolio priorities and drive outcomes within the program and projects.
• Manage multiple interrelated projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Own and maintain program artifacts, reporting, and executive communications.
• Align plans and dependencies to ensure roadmap success and capacity.
• Perform governance reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor execution, mitigate risks, and drive issue resolution across workstreams.
• Establish best practices, templates, and tools to improve delivery.
