Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sr. Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management program. You will lead risk projects, maintain risk scorecards, and develop reports across the three lines of defense, collaborating with senior management in Product Development, Legal/Compliance, IT, and Finance.

A strong background in risk, analytics, and governance is essential. You will contribute to risk appetite statements, KRIs, and reporting for ERM committees, while ensuring data integrity and secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related field required.
• Typically 5+ years of progressive risk experience; 3+ in financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management projects as directed by the Senior Director.
• Maintain and develop risk scorecards and reports for leadership.
• Assist in annual risk assessment, risk appetite, and tolerances.
• Design and monitor KRIs and report KRI performance for top enterprise risks.
• Coordinate risk assessments, including RCSAs and GRC updates.
• Produce risk-based reports for ERM, Risk & Security, and Management Committees.
• Prepare reporting decks/presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards).
• Record risk data in the GRC system and support updates.
• Support protection of system and data confidentiality.
