Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to drive enterprise risk adjustment analytics and business intelligence solutions. You will transform clinical and claims data into decision-ready insights, deliver dashboards, and shape the organization’s reporting strategy with AI and automation.

You will lead a 4–5 person analytics team, partner with Finance, Clinical, Market leads, and IT, and influence executive decisions with data storytelling and KPI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or BI teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with BI platforms and data visualization.
• Ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting and KPI sharing across markets, plans, and providers.
• Develop provider performance analytics to close gaps and improve outcomes.
• Drive AI adoption, analytics modernization, and self-service reporting.
• Partner with Informatics, Data Engineering, and IT to build scalable analytics solutions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team and engage executives.
