Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Informatics to lead enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions, transforming clinical and operational data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

You will guide AI-driven analytics, collaborate with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and IT, and mentor a high-performing team to advance reporting strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or business intelligence experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Python and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Risk Adjustment Performance Reporting: Share risk adjustment KPIs, trends, and performance drivers through dashboards and reports.
• Quantify drivers of risk movement and surface insights to business leaders for action.
• Benchmark against objectives and set goals.
• Deliver executive insights to support market strategy and planning.
• Utilize healthcare data (claims, encounters, clinical) for deeper learnings.
