Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to drive risk adjustment analytics and enterprise BI solutions. You will translate complex clinical data into actionable insights, guiding provider performance and executive decisions.

You will lead a team, partner with Market leads, Finance, Clinical and IT, and advance reporting strategy with AI, automation, and modern visualization tools to enable data-driven care at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare analytics, informatics, or BI.
• 2+ years in analytics leadership or people management.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight) and programming (SQL/Python).
• Ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting and dashboards for markets, plans, and providers.
• Develop provider performance analytics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Advance analytics modernization, AI adoption, and self‑service reporting.
• Partner with Informatics, Data Engineering, and IT to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Oversee KPI definitions, governance, and enterprise analytics framework.
