Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics (Performance Reporting & Insights) to steer enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions. You will transform clinical and claims data into actionable insights that influence provider performance and program efficiency.

This customer-facing role partners with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and IT, providing vision and technical guidance on BI input modeling and calculations, with a focus on AI, automation and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, value-based, or business intelligence experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Advanced experience with programming languages (SQL, Python) and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Proven ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with KPIs, trends, and performance drivers at multiple levels.
• Develop provider performance analytics and monitor variation across markets and lines of business.
• Drive analytics innovation, AI adoption, and modern BI capabilities across platforms.
• Lead and mentor analytics teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders across Risk Adjustment, Finance, Clinical, and IT.
