You will transform clinical, operational, and risk data into actionable insights for provider performance, program efficiency, and executive decision-making.

The role involves AI-driven analytics, data storytelling, and guiding BI tool input modeling, with customer-facing leadership across Finance, Clinical, Market Leads, and IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare analytics, informatics, or BI.
• 2+ years in analytics/BI leadership.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python; experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight).
• Ability to manage complex analytics portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk adjustment performance reporting and KPI sharing.
• Develop provider performance analytics to close gaps and improve outcomes.
• Lead AI and modern BI adoption; modernization of analytics platforms.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights and action.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing analytics team.
