Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Director of Sales Force Effectiveness—Commercial Excellence to lead teams delivering Revenue & Margin Management programs and to design measurement solutions for B2B/B2C customers. You will develop data-driven insights, contribute to IP creation, and guide client engagements with C-level stakeholders.

This role requires extensive experience in leading sales organizations, strong analytics capabilities, and a strategic mindset to optimize go-to-market performance

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience running a B2B sales team.
• Experience with CRM tools and dashboards.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred (not required).

Responsibilities
