Scorpion Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics to build a scalable revenue engine in the U.S. market. The role connects Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Product with data-driven decision making.

You will own revenue forecasting, data architecture, and reporting to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership. A builder mindset and hands-on analytics with Salesforce leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in revenue or sales operations or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams with proven governance and reporting.
• Experience owning revenue operations for recurring revenue at scale.
• Experience with forecast ownership and accountability for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue data architecture across Marketing and Sales.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee Salesforce and GTM tech stack with partners.
• Drive AI/automation adoption across pipeline generation and forecasting.
• Design revenue funnel processes and cross-functional handoffs.
