Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide Marketing Services within the Revenue Team.

You will set the vision for partner marketing, marketplace relationships, and platform marketing to drive sustainable growth across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the affirm app. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to craft scalable programs, optimize investments, and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Marketplace, Media, Events, or related growth disciplines.
• Proven success developing and executing long-term partner marketing or growth strategies.
• Demonstrated experience leading through other people leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Experience establishing scalable operating models and governance across complex marketing or commercial organizations.
• Experience in fintech, payments, commerce, marketplaces, or technology-driven industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision and strategy for Marketing Services and partnerships to drive growth.
• Oversee Marketing Services team to optimize co-marketing investments.
• Lead Marketplace Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Platform Marketing with senior leaders.
• Shape events strategy to deepen relationships and create commercial opportunities.
• Define investment strategy and measurement for partner programs and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to align priorities.
• Establish scalable operating models, governance, and measurement frameworks.
• Oversee large marketing investments and ensure disciplined resource allocation.
