Foundation Medicine in Boston seeks a Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management to lead enterprise strategy, operations, technology, and performance across its precision oncology portfolio.

You will collaborate across Finance, Reimbursement, Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, and the Patient Access Team to improve reimbursement, reduce billing friction, and build scalable, compliant capabilities that adapt to changing payer, customer, and portfolio needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related healthcare operations or strategic function.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading leaders and/or complex teams.

Responsabilités

• Set the multi-year RCM strategy, operating model, governance, capacity, service levels, budget, and investment priorities.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the U.S. reimbursement landscape including Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, managed care, evolving payment models, and diagnostics reimbursement pathways.
• Own the RCM technology and data roadmap; prioritize digital solutions to improve claim quality, routing, follow-up, and Billing communications.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting, reserves, cash, leakage, and translation of operating drivers into financial outcomes.
• Build and develop a high-performing organization, lead transformation, strengthen succession and capabilities, and foster integrity and patient focus.
