Norman Regional Health System is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle Management & Managed Care on-site in Norman, OK. The role leads end-to-end revenue cycle activities across hospital, professional, and ambulatory services, including CDI, denials management, payer contracting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years at director-level leadership with multi-function oversight.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Provide unified strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end revenue cycle across HB, PB and Ambulatory services.
• Own revenue cycle results; report to CFO, Executive Team and Board.
• Establish ownership and accountability for every revenue cycle function across NRHS locations.
• Drive net-revenue improvement and cash acceleration; monitor A/R days and DNFB.
• Develop data-driven scorecards and dashboards for KPIs like cost-to-collect and denial rate.
• Oversee payer contracting, denials prevention, and underpayment recovery.
