• Establish reliable, data-driven operations to ensure revenue integrity and financial management across service lines.
• Develop updated financial policies, procedures and reporting systems to enhance asset safety and operational efficiency.
• Communicate cash accounting, budgets, forecasts and models to varied audiences including board and executives.
• Direct and develop financial and revenue integrity team leaders.
• Collaborate with executives to develop financial strategy and manage capital expenditures.
• Maintain accurate departmental reports and regulatory data.
