Job summary

The candidate will own KPI development, executive dashboards, forecasting analytics, and close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and scalable growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience in revenue accounting, governance, and reporting for SaaS/technology companies.
• Leadership experience managing managers and diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards and technical accounting guidance.
• Experience advising on complex contracts and commercial models.
• Proven ability to develop scalable processes and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue accounting, revenue operations, and sales metrics functions.
• Set long-term vision and operating model for revenue-related domains.
• Develop governance, controls, and scalable processes for revenue reporting.
• Advise executive leadership on revenue initiatives and risks.
• Own SaaS sales metrics, KPI definitions, and executive dashboards.
• Oversee revenue close, disclosures, and coordination with external auditors.
