Pattern Energy is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Origination to lead identification, structuring, negotiation and execution of offtake and revenue agreements. You will develop relationships within an assigned region and align market strategies with portfolio objectives.

Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Origination, you will guide revenue market strategies, manage risks, and mentor team members while collaborating with Development, Finance, Environmental and Asset Management to

• Minimum 10 years in energy marketing and renewable project development.
• Experience sourcing revenue opportunities and structuring complex energy revenue and offtake agreements.
• Experience developing and managing customer relationships in the United States.
• Strong managerial capabilities with mentoring and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source offtake opportunities and lead the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex revenue agreements.
• Establish, manage and enhance customer relationships within an assigned region.
• Manage and mentor 1-3 direct reports and cross-functional transaction efforts.
• Support revenue optimization for operating assets through scheduling, PPA amendments and re-contracting.
• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Environmental and Asset Management on terms and pricing.
