Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing & Launch Lead, Pegtibatinase, to develop and execute the U.S. commercial strategy for homocystinuria and lead the launch preparation. You will shape market insights into a differentiated go-to-market plan and coordinate a cross-functional team across marketing, access, sales, medical affairs, and digital strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of biotech/pharma commercial experience with progression.
• Significant U.S. marketing and product strategy experience in rare disease.
• Experience preparing and launching products in the U.S.
• Experience leading marketing teams and cross-functional launch teams.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. marketing strategy and execution for pegtibatinase.
• Develop product positioning, segmentation, messaging, and market development strategies.
• Build, lead, and develop the PegT U.S. marketing team.
• Lead the integrated U.S. commercial launch plan with cross-functional partners.
• Chair the commercial launch team and set milestones and launch-readiness measures.
• Partner with access and sales to integrate support and distribution.
• Develop relationships with thought leaders, patients, and caregivers.
• Establish launch KPIs, budgets, and operating metrics.
• Represent U.S. Marketing in cross-functional strategy discussions.
