Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing & Launch Lead for pegtibatinase in the U.S. market.

You will shape the commercial strategy, lead the marketing organization, and coordinate a cross-functional launch plan to bring a new therapy for homocystinuria to patients and providers. You will partner with Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Digital Strategy to optimize patient access, pricing, and launch excellence while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced biopharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years in biotechnology/pharma commercial roles with progression.
• Extensive US marketing/product strategy experience in rare disease.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. marketing strategy and execution for pegtibatinase across channels.
• Develop positioning, segmentation, messaging, and market development plans.
• Build and lead PegT U.S. marketing team and agency partnerships.
• Oversee integrated US launch plan with cross-functional teams.
• Chair the commercial launch team and set milestones and budgets.
• Collaborate with Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Digital Strategy.
