Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in the United States seeks a Senior Director, Marketing & Launch Lead for pegtibatinase in classic homocystinuria. You will develop the US commercial strategy and lead launch preparation, translating market and patient insights into a differentiated go-to-market plan.

You will head HCP, patient/caregiver and patient services marketing, partnering with Access, Commercial Insights & Operations, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Digital Strategy to ensure launch readiness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years in biotech/pharma commercial roles with progression.
US marketing/product strategy in specialty or rare disease.
Experience launching products in the US; leading launch teams.

Responsibilities

Lead US marketing strategy and execution for pegtibatinase across channels.
Develop product positioning, segmentation, messaging and market development.
Build and lead the PegT U.S. marketing team and agencies.
Lead integrated launch plan with cross-functional partners to ensure readiness.
Chair the commercial launch team with milestones and KPIs.
Collaborate with Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Digital Strategy for launch success.
Develop relationships with thought leaders, patients and caregivers.
Establish budgets, resources, and risk mitigation for the launch.
Represent US marketing within the cross-functional program strategy.
