Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years software engineering in cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes).
• 5+ years leading software engineers in AI teams.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and LLMs.
• Strong communication and end-to-end solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of AI model outputs and content quality.
• Collaborate with PMs, scientists, engineers to scale AI solutions.
• Define and track performance, cost, and business metrics.
• Hands-on modification of model workflows and outputs.
• Lead engineers and scientists; guide technical directions.
• Maintain human-centered focus with practical impact.
