Prudential Ins Co of America’s PGIM Real Estate group is seeking a Senior Director to shape product strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration across Prudential units in Newark. Based in our Newark, New Jersey office and on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office), you will partner with product marketing, development, sales, and compliance to position and enhance real estate offerings.

The role requires 7+ years of industry experience, a Bachelor's degree, CFA or MBA preferred, and Series 7

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA or MBA preferred.
• Series 7 license required.
• Real estate / infrastructure expertise with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Understanding of private market products (ETFs, MFs, semi-liquid).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies and industry issues.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with PGIM Sales and Marketing teams.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects on time.
• Proficient in PC tools and industry platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Lipper, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, etc.)

• Identify issues and propose next steps/solutions.
• Contribute to strategic product direction and pricing decisions.
• Work with sales on materials and positioning for products.
• Train staff on product line and updates.
• Monitor markets, publications, and competitive landscape.
