Job summary

Dogwood Village of Orange County seeks an experienced RAI/Nurse Manager to lead the RAI department and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will oversee MDS assessments, data collection, and reporting, coordinating with nursing and administrative teams to maintain quality resident care.

Ideal candidate has active VA RN licensure, RAC-CT certification within 1 year if not already held, and prior supervisory nursing experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Virginia RN license active and in good standing.
• RAC-CT certification within 12 months if not held.
• CPR certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the RAI Department operations.
• Assess, record, and report resident status per guidelines (MDS).
• Identify changes in resident status and trigger new assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with Nursing, HR, and Compliance for best outcomes.
