Join to apply for the Senior Director - Quality role at kdc/one, Groveport.

kdc/one is currently growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Quality to support our Ohio manufacturing sites. As part of the kdc/one network, we are a leading producer of beauty and personal care products.

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continually improving the quality assurance program at the assigned site, as well as managing the relationship between KDC/one Ohio sites and customers to meet financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a quality culture at assigned sites, partnering with operations to improve quality and benchmarking best practices across locations.
• Serve as the primary quality contact for Ohio sites, customers, and regulatory agencies; communicate quality issues and resolve them satisfactorily.
• Escalate key issues to senior leadership as per escalation protocols.
• Enhance product quality and client satisfaction by strengthening the Quality Management System in line with FDA guidelines, especially CAPA.
• Develop a Quality Department structure that fosters a culture of success and precise execution.
• Implement training and ongoing education programs on GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Quality KPIs across plants and report metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and SOPs at each site.
• Lead and manage the Quality Department activities to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Train, coach, and develop department employees to meet performance expectations and objectives.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a regulated industry such as laboratory, devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or biologics, preferably in contract manufacturing.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
