Job summary

Bechtel Enterprises invites a senior development professional to lead the due diligence, negotiation, and execution of public infrastructure transactions. You will manage development activities, coordinate with EPC teams, and advance financing and partnerships for major projects in the Americas.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering, plus 15+ years in related fields; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree is required with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience at infrastructure developer, law firm, PE, investment bank or consulting is preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally is required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop and execute public infrastructure projects in the Americas.
• Perform due diligence on economic viability and negotiate commercial transactions.
• Develop project financing structures and development partnerships.
• Coordinate with Bechtel engineering/procurement/construction teams to meet objectives.
