Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare project master purchases pro-forma forms with terms and conditions.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor bidder lists with input from procurement and operations.
• Review international commercial conditions for Bechtel directives and procedures.
• Form, issue, and administer purchase orders.
• Direct negotiations following supervisor-approved plan.
