Job summary

Reporting to the VP, this senior leader will drive innovation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across SRM engineering and production teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years in aerospace/defense; 5–7 years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar programs; strong government contracting exposure.
