Job summary

X-Bow Launch Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director of Programs and Engineering to provide strategic direction for the Defense Systems Sector, bridging program management with engineering to deliver rocket motor development and production on accelerated timelines.

Reporting to the VP, you will lead SRM Engineering, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and engage with government and commercial customers to ensure delivery, compliance, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Mechanical) required.
• Master's degree preferred in Engineering, MBA, or related field.
• 10–12 years in aerospace/defense with leadership experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-program rocket motor projects.
• Experience with government contracting and ITAR is a plus.

Responsibilities
