Job summary

RayzeBio in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to lead cross‑functional development programs from planning through execution, driving strategy, timelines, risk management, and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in biotech/pharma project management, a BA/BS (MS/PhD/MBA and PMP preferred), and experience coordinating clinical development teams and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with drug development experience; advanced degrees and PMP preferred.
• 5+ years work experience in Biotech or Pharma; project management experience required.
• Experience with MS Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Support program strategic planning; build functional plans aligned with program strategy.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, and manage action items.
• Communicate across teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Apply best practices to improve efficiency and program execution.
