Code and Theory, a digital-first creative agency, seeks an experienced Sr. Director to own delivery, financial health, and client relationships across a defined portfolio of accounts.

You will lead Directors, Associate Directors, and Producers, setting development plans and cultivating a high-performance culture across multiple teams. You will serve as a senior delivery partner to top-tier clients, strengthening production processes, guiding budgets, and driving growth across the pod while

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across integrated production: campaign, content, video, digital, experiential, and brand work.
• Proven track record managing managers, including team-building and director development.
• Fluency in portfolio-level financial management, including P&L ownership across multiple accounts.
• Executive-level client relationship experience in high-stakes conversations.
• Ability to build self-sustaining operations through systems and people.
• Experience with external production partners and partner selection.
• Experience owning business development at scale, scoping multi-workstream engagements.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the craft and for developing people around it.
• High emotional intelligence and trust-building across clients, teams, and leadership.
