Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a senior product leader to set the strategy and roadmap for AI, search, and platform capabilities. You will lead Product Managers and Technical Product Managers, aligning cross-functional teams to build reusable platform components and drive measurable value.

The role requires deep expertise in strategy, leadership, and portfolio management, with a track record of guiding investment decisions and building high-performing organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology-powered products with leadership of product teams.
• 7+ years in Product Manager roles or equivalent experience.
• Experience shaping investment decisions and long-term direction.

Responsibilities

• Establish product strategy and roadmap direction for AI, search, and platform capabilities.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
• Align shared platform efforts as a connected portfolio across roadmaps.
• Shape long-term investments across AI, search, data, workflow, and platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Legal, Security, and leaders to align priorities.
• Set operating rhythms for ownership, intake, prioritization, and dependencies.
• Develop reusable, scalable building blocks for workflows in legal, tax, and government.
• Define quality metrics for AI and search, including relevance, reliability, and safety.
• Link platform decisions to user outcomes like task completion and adoption.
• Influence executive investment decisions with data-driven narratives.
• Build organizational capability with standards for product and technical craft.
