Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Senior Product Management Director for Core AI & Search in Arlington, VA. You will lead a team responsible for foundational AI, search, and platform capabilities across Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg Tax, and Bloomberg Government.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Legal, Security, Privacy, Content, and business leaders to drive measurable user and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years delivering technology-powered products across product, design, engineering, data, or research.
• 3+ years supervising teams of product managers or technical product managers.
• Proven ability to lead multiple product teams and large portfolios.
• Strong leadership, portfolio management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence executives and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for shared AI, search, and platform capabilities across core Bloomberg products.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, architecture, UX, security, legal, and other leaders to align priorities.
• Define quality, measurement, and outcomes for AI and search features.
