Chime is hiring a Senior Director of Product in San Francisco to shape strategy for a high-impact area and lead a 10–15 person team. You will set vision, build leadership, and align across engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver measurable member and business outcomes.

You will own a broad portfolio, identify new opportunities, and drive investments with a data-driven, customer-centric approach in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a scaled product organization with senior leaders.
• Track record of building and scaling consumer tech products.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic product bets.

Responsibilities

• Set a compelling product vision and strategy for a major area.
• Lead a 10–15 person product organization with leadership development.
• Identify opportunities using member insights, data, and market trends.
• Prioritize investments across short- and long-term bets.
• Develop senior talent and create clear accountability across teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
• Influence company-level decisions and evolve the product org.
