Job summary

The Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) seeks a strategic Executive Director of Product Management to guide product leadership across New York City agencies. You will cultivate high-performing product managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes at scale for public digital services.

Responsibilities include building executive relationships, coaching teams, and presenting to diverse audiences with clear priorities. Residency in NYC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to projects and policies required by the position.
• Equivalency to a degree plus experience may satisfy the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with senior leaders across agencies to deliver SPEED objectives.
• Engage non-technical stakeholders in plain language with strong technical fluency.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of product managers to deliver outcomes for New Yorkers.
• Promote evidence-based problem solving to identify new digital product opportunities.
• Identify trends and strategic relationships to build scalable products for New Yorkers.
